Hama lens pen for cleaning lenses

Hama lens pen for cleaning lenses

The Hama Lens Pen is an invaluable tool for every photographer. I used to use my Bulb Blower and a lens cloth (and I still do occasionally), but have found the Lens Pen to be easier and provides better results. I purchased my lens pen via amazon.co.uk.

The Hama Les Pen is the size of a small pen, with a retractable brush at one end, and a cleaner at the other (covered by a cap, see images at end of post).

My cleaning workflow is to remove the UV filter (I have on all my lenses), give the filter and lens a good blow with the bulb blower to remove any loose debris. I then use the Lens Pen brush to clean the lens and filter further, and then use the cleaning head to polish up the glass. This gives fantastic results and nice clean glass.

I fully recommend a lens pen for everyone – invaluable in your kit bag!
